Late last year we had an accident in our Avan Aspire 555. We were sideswiped by a B double on a country road which caused severe damage to the drivers side of the caravan. After NRMA insurance allowed us emergency repairs to be carried out so we can continue our trip, on the return we were recommended to RVGo for repairs to our caravan, from the time we first contacted them to the time when it was finished. Our experience was exceptional with them from James who explained that unfortunately the caravan might be written off which we certainly didn’t want done because it was set up exactly how we liked it. We came to a mutual agreement which we were very satisfied with Peter who carried out the work.The repairs were exceptional his workmanship in repairing the caravan we could not be any more happy, delighted with the end result. In fact my wife and I feel as though it’s a better looking caravan now than what it was before the accident I would highly recommend RVGo for any damage repairs.

I cannot thank Chris and his team at rvgo enough, not only did he work with me to get the best unit to suit my van, he managed to fit me in a short notice. The quality of work was great, they also took progress photos so I knew what had happen, but his price was also great. Their service is the reason why people no longer go back to their dealer. Following an accident I had a fair amount of damage to the fibreglass panels on the side of my Motorhome. My insurer recommended RVGO at Terry Hills to get the repairs done.
From my first contact with the staff at RVGO I received professional and courteous advice and assistance. I received regular updates by email until the repair could be carried out.
The repair was carried out in a timely manner and the end result really amazed me. I could not tell where the damage had been. My motorhome was returned in perfect condition.
It has been a real pleasure to deal with RVGO and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking repairs on their caravans or motorhomes.
