Please read the below warranty procedures and terms before submitting your claim.
Your enquiry will be placed on our waitlist. We will contact you within 14 working days from the day we receive your warranty request to confirm your warranty enquiry.
Step 1 – Booking for your warranty assessment
When we have availability we will contact you to arrange a booking to inspect and assess your warranty item/s. We will take photos and gather information to determine which part/s will be required. Vehicles are not to be left at our premises – drive through only.
Step 2 – Estimate sent for approval
An estimate will be sent to the appropriate manufacturer for approval.
AN ESTIMATE is not a quote and may change at the time of the repair due to unforeseen circumstances.
Example: Non fitting parts, poor design, bonding, sealants, etc.
The manufacturer will be required to send all parts relevant for the job.
Step 3 – Estimate approved
If the estimate is approved, an appointment will be made to carry out the repairs once the parts arrive in our warehouse from the manufacturer. Please be patient, due to the current part shortage in Australia parts can take anywhere from a few days to a few months to arrive. We will keep you updated along the way with the ETA on parts.
Step 4 – Bring your van in for warranty works
When all parts have arrived into our warehouse we will arrange a booking date. When you bring your RV in please ensure you remove any excessive personal belongings so that we carry out repairs. Depending on the works, we may need your RV for a few days. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.
